1. Personal Collection –
Need your makeup quick and fast? Please select the PERSONAL COLLECTION option during the checkout procedure. Collection address is in Pretoria and will be communicated and confirmed via email.
2. Courier –
R99 for courier delivery to your door. Please provide day-time delivery address.
3. PostNet –
R99 for collection at your local branch (please ensure that your area has a PostNet branch) should you be unable to provide a specific day-time delivery address.
4. Free Delivery –
All orders over R1,500 qualify for FREE delivery (applicable to all areas within South Africa only).
Our delivery times are within 10 working days for main city centres and within 15 working days for outlying areas. We want to deliver on time as promised. However, certain unforeseen circumstances may occur which may prevent us from guaranteeing that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
NOTE: a day refers to a normal business day and would exclude Saturday/Sunday and public holidays.
When do we start counting days?
The working day after the day that payment reflects on our statements.
As soon as your order is dispatched/shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that your package is on its way. This email will also contain a link to that carrier’s website with detailed tracking information. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, delivery may take longer and may (without notice) be returned, in which event you shall be held liable for further shipping fees.
Any delivery is subject to acts which is beyond our control due to force majeure including (but not limited to) inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies, or by any act of God, war, civil disturbance, riot, state of emergency, strike, lockout, or other labour disputes, fire, flood, drought or legislation.
Tracking and Delivery
To follow your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in your confirmation email. Upon delivery of the product, before signing for the delivery, you agree to inspect the items for any faults, defects or damage.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days within which to return the item/items back to STATUS for an exchange or a gift voucher. Unfortunately customized items may not be returned. Sale items and accessories may not be returned or exchanged. For exchanges, all items need to be in original condition, unworn, with the swing tag and all labels attached and undamaged.
We regret that any costs associated with returns are at the buyer’s expense and will not be covered by STATUS. You may drop the items at a specified address (which will be communicated via email), or use a courier company of your choice. If you would like the exchanged item DELIVERED to your door, we can do so at a flat rate of R40. Please email us for the drop off address should you wish to exchange an item.
STATUS cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
